Had a great dinner with friends. Food was fresh and good, service was attentive and quick. Had a salad with grilled shrimp and it was outstanding. Drinks were delish. Our first time and we'll be back.
My wife and I really enjoy going to Southwest Cafe. Everyone is always so friendly and the food is excellent. Case in point: We had dinner there last night and there was a small mix up with our order. Very minor. Nonetheless, without us asking, they just gave us our drinks for free. What a great place!

Was in the area for an event and the venue offered a coupon deal for this place so I decided to try it. Immediately felt comfortable as staff and customers treat everybody as a regular. Prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent. I had a enchilada plate and it was steaming hot and came with rice and beans on the side. Quality was excellent and the portion size was very good.
We wanted takeout for a family reunion. S.C. had a great takeout menu for groups, from which we ordered in mid-afternoon; it was ready for pickup at 6pm, and was nicely packed in containers which made it easy to keep food warm in a low oven. Since all of the family had spent most or much of their lives in Texas, we wondered whether they'd be satisfied with foods they could get in abundance at home. No need for worry! They declared that the salsa was better than the best they'd had at home, ever. Once that important issue was resolved, everything disappeared in a flash.
Their food is amazing! Love their avocado tostada! The pico is amazing too.. everything is fresh and delicious
